Board Members | DEE DELUCA MATTOS, President
Dee Deluca Mattos brings a wealth of marketing and spa industry experience to the MSS. Mattos was instrumental in the implementation of DePasquale Spa's medical spa concept. Her current position is Vice President of Avancé, a seaweed-based line of skin, body, and nutritional products. An acclaimed industry spokesperson and educator, Mattos frequently delivers popular informational seminars on spa operations and marketing to spa professionals.

Mr. Acunzo has over 20 years of experience in the spa, hospitality, beauty, and fitness industries. In 1997, Mr. Acunzo founded Sage Management & Development Group , which became the foundation for Stonewater, a national chain of spas. He is currently the CEO of Acara MedSpas - Developing, Managing and Marketing Leading Medical Spas. Mr. Acunzo is an ex-officio member of the ISPA Board of Directors, a member of the Advisory Board for the Day Spa Association and the past Chairman of IHRSA's Day Spa Advisory Board.

Wendy Bosalavage's management background spans over two decades of spa and wellness consulting, training, sales, and account management. As president of American Leisure Corporation, she is responsible for the management of over 400 employees at 70 fitness and health spa facilities world-side. Bosalavage is an active spa industry advocate and featured speaker at major trade events.

Angela Caponi is the Director of Operations at Juva Skin & Laser Center and the Juva MediSpa in New York. She was instrumental in incorporating medically based spa treatments into a medical environment. She played a key role from its conception, to its design, and in the development of spa treatments and hiring staff. Before joining Dr. Katz, Ms. Caponi was a supervisor at PBS services for Lee Memorial Health System in Ft. Myers, Florida.

Founder and president of Trent & Company, Nancy has more than 20 years of creating and conducting enormously effective consumer marketing public relations campaigns to clients in the medical spa, healthcare, beauty and fitness fields.
Based in New York City, Trent & Company is the public relations firm for the Medical Spa and Spa and Resort Expos & Conferences in New York, Los Angeles and Miami.
Trent & Company also has extensive background in the pharmaceutical and medical fields. Experienced in developing award-winning public relations programs for proprietary and OTC products for such leading companies as Ciba, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Glaxo Smithkiline, Roche, and others. They have planned and implemeted many high visibility new product introductions, often working in conjuction with medical associations and medical journals.
